Fun Fact Friday, Wk 37

Dear All

Happy Easter weekend. Here’s a fun fact for you to get stuck into :

Did you know : The juice from bluebell flowers was used historically to make glue.

Its root sap was used to glue feathers onto arrows in the Middle Ages and to stiffen ruffs in Tudor times.

Bluebell have also been used as a source of glue for book binding in the past.

Trust you have a restful and relaxing long weekend 🙂
