He spent years running the site division of a contracting business, overseeing maintenance and project work across food factories – environments where precision, planning, and accountability aren’t just desirable, they’re essential. That world demands a certain mindset: methodical, responsive, and always thinking several steps ahead. That’s Donny in a nutshell!
Alongside his site management experience, Donny developed a strong background in implementing IT systems, a discipline that gave him something perhaps unexpected: a genuine love of process.
